Oshkosh Dress 24M

Vintage Oshkosh teacups dress, great condition besides a few small spots and discoloration. I haven't treated it yet, I'm a bit nervous treating white garments. Two button settings for flexible wear. Size 24M, please refer to measurements if in doubt. Assembled in El Salvador.
